Our Sumner/Puyallup and Bonney Lake Podiatry Clinics are seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator/Surgery Scheduler
Ankle & Foot Specialists of Puget Sound is looking for a mature, dependable, hard-working multi-tasker who can work with multiple patient types in a kind & courteous manner.
The immediate job responsibilities include:
- answering a multiline phone system, promptly & professionally
- collecting patient information over the phone to schedule appointments
- navigating our NextGen computer system with ease & knowledge
- processing incoming referrals
- assisting the providers with forms & medical records requests
- scheduling surgeries with St. Elizabeth & Good Samaritan Hospitals
- completing prior authorizations for Orthotics & surgery benefits.
- knowledge of multiple insurance types extremely helpful!!
- open to learning back-office procedures & X-rays
